Our aim is that you love every box and we will do our best to ensure quality materials and shipment. Other than for damaged or defective materials, we do no accept returns for our subscriptions.
Please note that if you have purchased a 6 or 12 month subscription for the discounted rate, we do not offer early cancellations before your initial term is complete. Cancelations of term subscriptions stop your plan from autorenewing after the initial 6 or 12 month term is complete. When you cancel, you will continue to be billed and receive your remaining boxes until your entire 6 or 12 month term is complete.
Should you receive damaged or defective materials, please email us at info@bespokestrokes.com and we will take good care of you.

1. Click "Manage my Account" on our home page (found in the top right corner).
2. Add your log-in information to access your account page.
3. From the Subscriptions page, click on the "Manage" button.
4. On the following screen, click on the "Edit Shipping Address" button to change the shipping address associated with the subscription.
5. Make the needed changes to your information and click Save to finalize the change.
6. If there is a pending shipment, you will be asked if you want to update the address for shipments you've already been charged for (aka, your next box that soon to ship).
Select Yes: the update will be made immediately for the upcoming shipment
Select No: your upcoming shipment will be sent to your previous address but all future shipments will be sent to the new address.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for addresses that are submitted incorrectly. Please be sure your shipping address is correct prior to placing an order. A charge of $9.00 will be applied to reship to a different address.

Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses. Please be sure we have your correct, most current shipping address on file. You can update your shipping address at any time on our website by clicking the "Manage my Account" button. Please note, a charge of $9.00 will be applied to reship to a different address.

3. Once logged-in, click on the "Manage" button.
4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" on the bottom right corner of the screen.
5. Click on "Pause My Subscription" and click "Confirm"
6. From there you can select if you'd like to pause for 1 or 2 months.

We hope you truly enjoy your ScriptKids subscription, but when it's time for you to move to something else, here's how you can manage your subscription:
Please Note: If you selected one of the multi-month subscriptions that secures a discount rate on the boxes, cancelation is only possible once your initial commitment period is fulfilled. However, you can still opt to pause your subscription for one or two months at a time.
To manage your subscription:
1. Click "Manage my Account" on our home page (found in the top right corner).
2. Add your log-in information to access your account page.
3. Once logged-in, click on the "Manage" button.
4. Click on "Cancel Subscription" on the bottom right corner of the screen.
5. You will be given the option to pause your subscription for 1-2 months or to cancel. If you wish to cancel, click "Cancel My Subscription" and click "Confirm"
