Hi, I'm
Chantelle
I've been a Script Kid since I was 14 years old.

Back then I was anything but "artsy." I built model airplanes, enjoyed math, and was terrified by paint brushes. And then, my mother signed me up for a series of calligraphy classes and a world of creativity was opened up to me.
I found an art that could be done "step by step" and wasn't intimidating! I soon fell in love with all forms of handwriting. That was over 25 years ago, and
I haven't put the pen down since.
Passing along a passion for pen and ink...

As a mother of 3 school-aged kids, I understand the wonder and creativity that young minds bring to the table!

I've had the privilege of teaching calligraphy to thousands of students through my business Bespoke Strokes Calligraphy -including a middle school/high school calligraphy elective.

I'm an active member of the International Association of Master Penmen, Engrossers, and Teachers of Handwriting (IAMPETH). It's a community that's close to my heart, and it's where I continue to learn and grow as a calligrapher and instructor.
